Happy MLK Day!

This is from a bookmark I put together for an MLK Day children’s charity event with Boxcar Books. And here is a very worthwhile article about racism in America.

And, totally unrelated, I have been working on quite a few projects, and here are some sketches from around those projects.

Been busy lately! Here are some photos from things that happened a little while ago!

I posted about Werewolf! tabling at the Dark Carnival Film Festival around Halloween, and here’s a photo from our table there:

And, a few weeks ago, my roller derby league got to paint one of the electrical boxes around Bloomington (it’s a city-wide project to make things artsy and awesome)!

New project unveiled! I’m drawing a series of comic strips about my favorite soccer team and their crazy, crazy owner (he’s good at providing material). I’m having a blast so far. The first strip is up over at Ultra Palermo, so check it out!

Hey everyone! This weekend, Team Werewolf will be representing at The Dark Carnival Film Festival in Bloomington, IN! We’ll be in the vendor area, hawkin’ wolves with our good buddy Denis St. John. Stop on by!

Speaking of Denis, I drew my favorite character from his Amelia comic. We both have fangs and love food. Sammy and I, not Denis. Well, maybe Denis, too. This will be printed in the brand new issue, debuting at the film fest.

Work Space

Thought I’d snap a shot of my workspace at the moment:

I still need some sort of table-like object to put to the left of the drafting table to hold drawing supplies (there’s a card table to the right now that’s also acting as a desk, but I’m a lefty!). And that empty wall space next to the window is reserved for an amazing Farel Dalrymple print that I just need to find a frame for. The space is coming together!
